The North Sea Heat of the IACC Copper Skillet competition will take place on Monday 21 August 2023 at the Postillion Hotel , Amsterdam

Two winners, one Senior (26 and over), and one Junior (under 26), from the North Sea heat will go on to compete in the European Final on 7 October in Denmark.
The judging criteria will include originality of the creation, technique, presentation, textures, balance of flavour combinations, and the hygiene standard of your workstation. All dishes created must be suitable for service in a conference centre setting.
