We are looking for price comparison between the dates mentioned. Schedule for the event would be Friday arrivals, Saturday and Sunday would be a full day of training sessions, and Monday would be departure day. We also do a welcome cocktail event on the Friday, a casual dinner on Saturday, and a banquet-style dinner on the Sunday. Monday we would want to have breakfast available for attendees prior to departure.
In regards to guest rooms, we would be looking for:
Friday: 38 Double occupancy rooms and 29 Single Rooms
Saturday: 38 double occupancy rooms and 36 single rooms
Sunday: 38 double occupancy rooms and 36 single rooms
