Meeting Duration: 2 days (Thursday & Friday)
Room Block: 50 guests for the Thursday night. From this block we may require 8 of the rooms to be reserved for the Wednesday and Friday night (total of 3-night stay) for guests travelling in from the East and West coast.
Parking: We will have a number of guests driving to the event and will require parking for the Thursday night.
Meeting Room: Accommodate 50 people either classroom style or half rounds. Meetings will begin after lunch on the Thursday 1:00- 5:30pm. Friday all day meetings from 9-5pm
Audio/Visual Equipment: Podium, microphone, screen, projector, flip charts and markers
Catering: Lunch (12pm) on Thursday, snack/coffee break (3:00pm). Cocktail hour 6:30 – 7:30pm, dinner to follow. We will need a podium and microphone for presentations during dinner.
