Meeting Goal / Vision
To convene 16 leaders and 2 facilitators for a leadership development program focused on the beliefs, attitudes and intentions of great leadership. Many leaders have the skills, but haven't focused specifically on what guides those skills in action. Values, intentions and experiences are good guides of how we lead – we want to help good leaders focus on those and become even more intentional when they put their acquired skills into action.
We envision a space that can serve both traditional training needs as well as collaboration space for small group breakouts.
