Meeting Goal / Vision
This is an Automotive Training event for Mazda dealership personnel. Attendance includes up to 200 Sales Consultants per day, scheduled in two sessions: 100 ppl in the AM and 100 ppl in the PM. We will have a general session room, with 1 additional breakout area/room. AV is likely needed in both rooms. In addition, a separate room is required for Food and Beverage to accommodate 100 people at a time. AMCI will also need the use of a small room nearby to use as a production office and light storage. In addition to guest parking on-site we will need an area to park up to 18 Mazda vehicles for our guests to drive on the city streets during the breakout sessions. Lastly, and MOST importantly we need to be able to stage (1) Mazda CX-5 (compact SUV) in the general session room or nearby where it is viewable from the general session room.
