Good Afternoon,
I am reaching out from OCASA as we are currently looking for a conference venue for early June of 2025. The general outline of requirements for our conference is as follows:
– We are estimating for 90 attendees who would require rooms for a two day conference.
– We would be looking to cover 3 meals for them on the First day and breakfast and lunch on the Second.
– A 90 person plenary room and two, 45 person breakout rooms.
A 10 person boardroom on the evening prior and dinner for that many people.
