I hope you’re well. I apologise for my lack of French. I’m looking for some prices and to check availability for an event.
We’re looking to run an event for around 100 people for one day on the week commencing 6th November. The event is for Irish Rail. The plan for the day would be a presentation in the morning and then 1-2-1 meetings in the afternoon.
The morning presentation would have around 100 people present. The afternoon would only need 1 meeting room for around 10 people, in which we can hold 1-2-1 meetings. Catering is yet to be determined.
Would you have space for this, availability, and an idea of costs for renting the room? We are also looking for multiple screens when during the morning presentation, is this something you can accommodate?
