OLC offers 3 highly flexible auditoriums accommodating up to 180 attendees, 2 combinable hands-on bio-skills laboratories with 28 workstations for up to 112 participants, 2 connectable executive conference rooms for up to 24, and 1 professional HD broadcast studio—all featuring integrated state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, dedicated AV control room and content editing team, and comprehensive turnkey support services for maximum event adaptability. Meeting Equipment

As part of our turn-key service, the OLC includes AV equipment with auditorium rentals, including Wi-Fi 6 venue wide wireless, two (2) 193-inch projection screens each in Auditorium A & B, and a single screen in Auditorium C. Auditoriums feature Sony 4K 3LCD laser projectors, capable of simultaneous or independent projection on each screen and 4K Panasonic remote PTZ cameras – 2 per auditorium (Presenter Cam & Audience Cam). Lecterns feature presentation monitors, gooseneck microphones, multiple computer connections for Mac and PC with audio output. Each auditorium has an independent AV room with a switcher and 3 laptops for presentations. Wireless microphones that can either be lavalier, countryman, or wireless handheld.

Meeting Support Services

Our concierge services assist meeting planners from planning to catering to procurement and day-of coordination. On-site A/V technicians, complimentary high-speed wireless internet access with secure connectivity safeguards, dedicated concierge service, business area with workstations and printers, outdoor picnic space with umbrellas, and pre-function areas for attendees.
